About the Practice
The Corporate Practice Group represents middle-market companies private equity funds family businesses and entrepreneurs across a broad range of transactional and governance matters. The team handles M&A transactions ranging from $10 million to $1 billion across diverse industries including food & beverage industrial manufacturing professional services cannabis and more.
The work includes complex acquisitions and divestitures ESOP transactions joint ventures restructurings complex commercial agreements private offerings and general corporate counseling.
Experience:
- Private company mergers and acquisitions corporate governance commercial contracts LLC/shareholder agreements and general corporate matters.
- Extensive knowledge of private equity sophisticated M&A transactions and private securities offerings.
- Strong writing and communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with alternative practice structures is a plus.
