Conversational AI Solution Leadership Lead the end to end development of enterprise Conversational AI solutions using Google CCAI and Dialogflow CX. Define architecture design standards reusable frameworks and development best practices. Mentor and guide development teams on Dialogflow CX GECX Playbooks and Google AI services. Provide technical leadership throughout project lifecycle including discovery design development testing deployment and production support. Google CCAI Dialogflow CX Development Design and implement complex conversation flows intents entities routes event handlers pages forms and fulfillment logic. Develop scalable voicebot and chatbot solutions supporting multiple business domains. Build reusable Dialogue Management frameworks and conversational design patterns. Optimize customer journeys containment rates and self service experiences.
