Our team in Austin TX (or Alpharetta GA) is looking for a Senior Contract Operations Analyst

This is a fully onsite role.

The primary role for the Senior Contract Operations Analyst is to support the Medical Devices US Sales Division. The Analyst will interface with Sales Management Accounts Receivable Accounts Payable Finance and Accounting to apply business management principles and financial concepts that maximize the companys performance against sales and profit goals and minimize risk. The ideal candidate must proactively research analyze and interpret complex data and work effectively in a high-pressure high-demand sales support environment.

What Youll Work On

  • Owns rebate and fee administration from point of full execution to expiration collaborates with contract authors and sales team and performs complicated calculations obtains appropriate approvals and ensures timely posting and delivery of payment to customers.

  • Processesrebates and fees coordinating with cross-functional groups to ensure customers are paid accurately and audit guidelines for contract approval and contract creation.

  • Builds mathematical models & tools todeterminepayout amounts and track contract performance.

  • Provides formal and informal written and verbal updates to Customers Sales Contract Operations Management Accounting Finance Commercial Legal and other cross-functional groups.

  • Manages communication and awareness of contractual obligations with all levels of internal and external customers to include sales reps and hospital representatives.

  • Servesas asubject matter expert and primary contact for hospitals hospital systems and grouppurchasingorganizations within assigned geography for their rebate and admin fee related questions.

  • Solves complex problems exercising sound business judgment to make recommendations based on the analysis of multiple sources of information.

  • Provides reports and analysis to department and senior management as requested.

  • Follows all management approved processes and procedures; alerts management when circumstances require deviation to the approved processes and procedures.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE YOULL BRING

  • Bachelors Degree Finance or Business or related discipline

  • Minimum 5 year related experience in finance marketing (preferred) or related area

  • Excellent organizational and analytical skills

  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel Microsoft Access

  • Experience using SAP preferred

  • Ability to work under pressure handle multiple priorities

  • Accommodating changing priorities while maintaining overall workload is essential

  • Proven financial/mathematical competence

  • Interpersonal and written/oral communications are vital

  • Strong Analytical financial and information systems(preferred)

    strategic and problem-solving skills are required.

  • Ability to assess reasonableness and relevance of contract documentation and system data.

  • Excel in solving multifaceted problems.

  • Willing to make difficult and unpopular decisions.

  • Anticipate issues; understand the implications and interrelationships of those issues to the client and other areas.

  • Knowledge of mathematical modeling and demonstrated ability to quickly identify relevant details while working with large date sets.

  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously deal with unresolved issues andeffectively communicate and maintain rapport with all levels of personnel within Abbott Med Device organization.

  • Customer-service oriented mind frame and skill sets to support the field sales team Finance and Accounting teams and their needs.

  • Well-organized keenly attentive to detail and proactive to quickly anticipate and prevent and identify and remedy questions and issues before or when they arise.

  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills with attention to detail and ability to work with general supervision.

  • Well-honed sense of urgency and ability to work under pressure. This includes the ability to multitask and manage competing priorities.

  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft products including Excel and Word as well as experience using Business Objects or similar reporting systems.
