Job Overview

Join our team at the Marvin Composites plant in Fargo ND as a Senior Continuous Improvement this roleyoull lead cross-functional teams and drive measurable sustained improvements in safety quality output and cost effectiveness. Focus on understanding how current processes are performing identifying gaps and delivering high impact improvements that scale across the operation.

This role owns and leads a range of projects based on business needs from cross-functional initiatives to smaller improvements that can be implemented quickly. These efforts may include driving cost reduction reduce material waste and increasing throughput. Leverage data to diagnose performance gaps prioritize opportunities and quantify impact while ensuring sustainable results. Youll spend time working directly with production team members to understand challenges gather input and turn ideas into workable solutions.

This role is a good fit for someone who enjoys solving complex production related problems and driving improvements. Someone who enjoys leading projects across teams influence decisions drive adoption of change and make sustained improvements.

Highlights of your role

Identify and lead improvement projects that reduce waste and help teams work more efficiently
Drive cost reduction initiatives across the organization while improving process performance
Leverage data to understand current performance identify root causes and quantify business impact
Participate in CI boards and help turn team ideas into actional improvements
Create and maintain clear easy-to-follow documentation and help establish best practices that can be repeated and sustained
Lead teams in testing changes measuring results and ensuring improvements are maintained over time

Youre a good fit if you have (or if you can)

Experience working in a manufacturing or production environment
Ability to communicate clearly listen and build trust with others
Strong computer skills including Microsoft Excel
The ability to read and interpret technical drawings or prints
Demonstrated experience using structured problem-solving methods to identify root causes adjust approach and implement solutions

Also want to make sure you have

Bachelors degree in Engineering required; Industrial Engineering strongly preferred
7 or more years of relevant experience
