Location:Hybrid opportunity based in the Los Angeles California area.

Note:Applicants must be licensed to practice law in California and have 8 years of litigation experience including at least 3 years handling construction business or real estate litigation matters.

Job Description

• Independently manage a full litigation caseload from intake through resolution.
• Handle all phases of litigation including pleadings discovery depositions motions hearings mediations arbitrations and trials.
• Develop litigation strategy and provide trusted legal counsel directly to clients.
• Represent clients in construction business and real estate disputes.
• Collaborate with paralegals and legal support staff to efficiently move matters forward.
• Build and maintain strong long-term client relationships.
• Contribute to the continued growth and reputation of the firms litigation practice.

Qualifications

• Active California Bar license in good standing.
• 8 years of civil litigation experience.
• 3 years of construction business or real estate litigation experience.
• Experience independently managing complex litigation matters.
• Trial and/or arbitration experience as lead or co-counsel preferred.
• Excellent written oral negotiation and courtroom advocacy skills.
