The Configuration Management and Data Management (CMDM) organization is responsible for ensuring our products are under configuration control and delivered on time. The CMDM Organization consists of multiple disciplines that support engineering our program offices and our customers.
The Sensors Surveillance & Space Configuration Management department is looking for an individual to perform the role of a Senior Configuration Analyst located in McKinney TX.
What You Will Do:
- Apply and administer established Configuration Management (CM) procedures and processes for Configuration Identification Change Control Status Accounting and Configuration Verification and Audits
- Coordination of configuration documentation Change Requests Initial Releases establishing configuration baseline/Changes to the configuration baseline ensuring Status Accounting Integrity maintenance of the Technical Data Package
- Participation in control/administration of the review/disposition of configuration documentation and changes to the established configuration baseline
- Conduct and/or lead configuration audits resolve data discrepancies and ensure compliance with CM plans command media and contractual obligations
- Ensure integrity of the configuration documentation supporting the reviewers (engineering quality support manufacturing) and that customer requirements are implemented
- Establish and maintain product baselines while ensuring data accuracy across systems and tools throughout the product lifecycle
Qualifications You Must Have:
- Typically requires Bachelors degree and prior Configuration Management experience OR in absence of a degree 8 years of relevant experience in Configuration Management is required
- The ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government issued security clearance is required. U.S. citizenship is required as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance.
- Experience in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook Power Point Word Excel.)
Qualifications We Prefer:
- Knowledge of Government defense contracts specifications and instructions
- Experience related to Configuration Management and customer support
- Develop technical solutions to complex problems
- Contributes to the completion of projects; ability to obtain results and make recommendations
- Proven Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Self-Starter willing to learn new tools and work with a variety of technical and non-technical disciplines
- Ability to proactively interface with team

The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
