Seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Commercial Lines Client Manager to join a team. This role is pivotal in managing and nurturing client relationships with a focus on large commercial accounts. The ideal candidate will bring a polished professional demeanor and a proven track record in client-facing roles.

• Salary Range: Up to $100000 (flexible for the right candidate)

• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients managing relationships with professionalism and expertise.
• Handle large commercial accounts including accounts with premiums as high as $4 million.
• Quote new and renewal business ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Utilize EPIC software to manage client information and workflows.
• Collaborate with internal teams to deliver exceptional service and meet client needs.
• Maintain a polished and client-facing demeanor to represent the agency effectively.

• Licensure: Property & Casualty (P&C) license required.
• Education: College degree preferred but not required.
• Experience: Minimum of 5 years as a Commercial Lines Account Manager with experience handling large accounts.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in EPIC software preferred.
• Attributes: Polished professional and client-focused with strong interpersonal skills.
