Reno Nevada Full-time on-site opportunity where youll lead major commercial construction projects from planning through successful completion.

Job Description

• Lead commercial construction projects from preconstruction through closeout.
• Manage project schedules budgets forecasting and overall project execution.
• Provide leadership to project teams while mentoring Project Managers and support staff.
• Coordinate owners architects engineers subcontractors and internal stakeholders.
• Monitor project financial performance and identify opportunities to improve profitability.
• Review contracts project documents change orders and project risks.
• Ensure projects are completed safely on schedule within budget and to quality expectations.
• Resolve complex project challenges through proactive planning and communication.
• Maintain strong client relationships while delivering exceptional project outcomes.

Qualifications

• 8 years of commercial construction project management experience.
• Extensive knowledge of all phases of commercial construction.
• Experience managing complex commercial construction projects.
• Strong leadership communication budgeting and scheduling skills.
• Ability to identify project risks and develop effective solutions.
• Bachelors degree in Construction Management Engineering or related field preferred or equivalent industry experience.
