As a Senior Clinical Lead you will provide leadership and oversight for large multi-regional clinical trials ensuring studies are delivered on time within scope and to the highest quality standards. Youll partner with cross-functional teams sponsors and stakeholders to navigate challenges drive recruitment success manage risk and achieve key project milestones.

• Lead the clinical delivery of large global clinical trials from startup through closeout.
• Drive patient recruitment and retention strategies to meet enrollment goals.
• Identify assess and mitigate clinical and operational risks.
• Oversee clinical quality ensuring compliance with ICH-GCP regulatory requirements and study protocols.
• Partner with project leadership to manage timelines budgets and resource planning.
• Build mentor and guide clinical teams to deliver exceptional results.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders across multiple regions and cultures.
• Support proposal development bid defenses and strategic planning activities.

• Bachelors degree in a scientific healthcare or related field.
• Sr CTM Requirements: 7 years of clinical research experience including monitoring and clinical trial leadership.
• CTM II Requirements: 5 years of clinical research experienced including monitoring and clinical trial leadership.
• Strong knowledge of clinical operations ICH-GCP guidelines and global regulatory requirements.
• Experience leading complex multi-country studies and cross-functional teams.
• Understanding of project management principles and clinical trial financial oversight.
• Excellent communication stakeholder management and problem-solving skills.
• Proven ability to influence mentor and drive results in a fast-paced environment.
