Purpose
This position is for a recognized master within the organization in Client Relationship Management a thought leader in an area of expertise who is accountable for maintaining and developing a large book of business offering expert technical advice to internal and external leaders and offers expert technical advice for accounts and internal leadership.
Responsibility Statements
Accountable for maintaining serving and growing satisfied business relationships a large profitable book of business and acquiring new business within an industry or specialty .
Designs a strategic business and sales plan for a portfolio of clients and prospects utilizing advanced understanding of product offerings market developments and trends industry specialty and account needs and proclivities.
Maintains a close proximity to prominent account or market needs industry and market trends and develops the growth strategy for targeted accounts industries or specialties to ensure appropriate solutions are marketed and proposed to target new buyer hubs and expand the book of business internally to institutionalize key accounts.
Conducts complex financial analyses to report and relay financial performance and return on products and services for use by existing and potential relationships.
Understands the customers business objectives and leads the development and presentation of custom solutions to address the account needs accounting for risk conditions coverage and decides on the most effective pricing of services.
Serves as a direct representative to the firm and is accountable for pricing outcomes and implications and overall compliance resulting from business and relationship agreements.
Develops and monitors the project plan for various sales initiatives in various accounts ultimately ensuring timeframes are reasonable and abided by and products or solutions meet expectations.
Responsible for maintaining and growing relationships and ensuring overall service needs are met addressing escalated issues and miscellaneous concerns to remain in positive standing with all existing and potential relationships and preserve credibility.
Engages senior officer level colleagues in client organizations to sustain and enhance existing and future relationships.
Becomes a visible leader in an industry or specialty and actively participates in industry associations organizations boards and charities as appropriate.
