Senior Civil Engineer

We are seeking an experienced Senior Civil Engineer to lead the design planning and execution of largescale civil projects for a leading technology organization. This fulltime position is based in Los Angeles CA and offers a competitive annual salary.

• Lead the design planning and execution of civil engineering projects for manufacturing and corporate facilities.
• Create detailed construction drawings specifications and cost estimates using MicroStation and AutoCAD.
• Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams (electrical mechanical IT) to ensure integrated project delivery.
• Manage project schedules budgets and quality control ensuring compliance with local state and federal regulations.
• Conduct site investigations feasibility studies and geotechnical assessments to support project decisions.
• Mentor junior engineers and provide technical guidance throughout all project phases.
• Lead vendor and contractor selection negotiate contracts and oversee onsite construction activities.
• Prepare and present progress reports risk assessments and final documentation to senior leadership.

• Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering or a related field; Professional Engineer (PE) license preferred.
• Minimum 8 years of relevant civil engineering experience preferably on largescale industrial or technology facilities.
• Proficiency in MicroStation and AutoCAD.
• Strong knowledge of U.S. construction codes standards and best practices.
• Demonstrated project management skills with a track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities capable of influencing crossfunctional teams.

• Experience with hightech manufacturing plants data centers or smartcity infrastructure.
• Familiarity with sustainability practices and LEED certification processes.
• Experience using project management software (e.g. Primavera MS Project) and BIM collaboration tools.
• Exposure to international project standards and ability to operate in a global corporate environment.
• Strong analytical and problemsolving capabilities with a focus on innovative engineering solutions.
