About the Role
Bohlers Chalfont PA office is seeking aSenior Civil Design Engineerwhos ready to take the next step in technical this role youll be deeply involved in all aspects of site design grading utilities stormwater management and permitting while helping ensure design quality constructability and compliance. Youll serve as a trusted technical resource for your team and contribute to the success of complex high-profile projects across Bucks County.

What Youll Do
- Design and review grading drainage and utility plans for complex sites.
- Conduct zoning research and site feasibility analyses.
- Support project coordination with clients contractors and regulatory agencies.
- Review design deliverables for accuracy quality and compliance.
- Collaborate with and provide technical guidance to junior engineers and designers.
- Perform hydrology stormwater and earthwork calculations using AutoCAD Civil 3D and design software.
- Contribute to project budgeting workload planning and task coordination.
What Youll Bring
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Civil Engineering (or related discipline).
- 5 years of experience in land development design and permitting.
- Strong proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D and related engineering software.
- Knowledge of local zoning permitting and construction requirements.
- Detail-oriented approach with strong problem-solving and communication skills.
- PE license beneficial; EIT required or in progress.
