Seeking a highly skilled and motivated CA Workers Compensation Claims Adjuster to join a team. This is a permanent position with an immediate start date. • Salary Range: $90000 - $117000 annually
• Additional Pay Opportunities: Volunteer for project pay

• Manage a caseload of 120-130 claims which may include medical-only and future medical cases
• Handle claims with a focus on public entity experience including 4850 claims
• Communicate effectively with clients colleagues and management to ensure claims are processed efficiently
• Maintain organized and accurate records of all claims
• Collaborate with management to address challenging client situations
• Apply critical thinking and problem-solving skills to resolve claims effectively

• Licensure: SIP certification required or in the process of obtaining within six months
• Experience: Minimum of 4 years of experience in workers compensation claims adjusting
• Skills: Strong communication and organizational skills are essential
• Public Entity Experience: Required
