Job Summary
What are your contributions to the team
- Handle core and warranty issues and programs
- Initiate stock transport orders as required
- Contact external vendor to determine if customer is enrolled in special programs including warranty
- Confirm external vendor is charging correct price per contract
- Negotiate timely delivery of product to meet customer needs
- Assist in training co-workers on applicable systems and supplier programs
- May be responsible for taking end-to-end ownership of an assigned program process or area
- May be responsible for training and mentoring less-experienced employees on systems processes and supplier programs
- May be responsible for coordinating with buyers and external vendors on contractual and supply issues
- May be responsible for providing occasional leadership support and coverage for management
