Senior Business Analyst (PMP | OCM | CSM)

Job Summary:

We are seeking a Senior Business Analyst with a strong background in business analysis technology and data discovery. The ideal candidate will have experience working with both business and mission unit stakeholders as well as technical staff to collect and manage functional requirements and user stories for application development and systems integration projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Bachelors degree in business administration IT or related field; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• At least six (6) years experience in business analysis and technology/data discovery work.
• Demonstrated experience in implementing processes to support an IT portfolio.
• Utilize program and project management tools such as JIRA Confluence Azure DevOps Asana Smartsheets or Microsoft Project to plan execute and measure projects.
• At least two (2) years demonstrated experience in program reporting/analytics dashboarding data analysis interpretation and reporting to senior audiences.
• Demonstrated expertise in stakeholder management and business process optimization.
• Demonstrated user experience (UX) skills including user research and testing task analysis process design and/or wireframing.

Required Qualifications:

• Project management certification (e.g. PMI PMP PMI Agile Certified Practitioner Scrum Master SAFe Agile Leader SAFe Agile Practitioner).
• Organizational Change Management Certification (e.g. Prosci).
