Senior Business Analyst

Pay Range: $80/hr - $90/hour. Employee benefits include but are not limited to health insurance (medical dental vision) 401(k) plan and paid sick leave (depending on work location).

Key Requirements and Technology Experience:

• Must have skills: Business Analysis stakeholder Documentation
• 6 years of experience as a Senior BA
• Conducts stakeholder interviews process discovery workshops and operational assessments to document current-state processes.
• Develops process maps analyzes pain points and inefficiencies and produces analytical artifacts that inform future-state design decisions.
