The Senior Business Analyst supports data-driven decision-making by analyzing business processes identifying opportunities for improvement and implementing effective technical and analytical solutions. This role works closely with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into scalable systems improve operational efficiency and support strategic initiatives across the organization.

This is a 1-2 month contract opportunity with one of Arctiqs clients. Candidates must be able to work onsite daily in Suwanee GA.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify business needs define requirements and support implementation of technology and analytics solutions.
• Analyze workflows systems and data to identify process improvements and operational efficiencies.
• Document business requirements procedures and system processes to ensure clear communication and alignment across teams.
• Coordinate testing efforts including quality assurance and user acceptance testing to ensure solutions meet project objectives.
• Track and resolve technical issues while communicating insights and recommendations to leadership.
• Support project coordination by maintaining documentation schedules and updates related to project milestones and deliverables.
• Promote continuous improvement by evaluating current processes and implementing enhancements that improve system performance and quality assurance.

Requirements

• Minimum of four years of experience in business analysis systems analysis or process improvement.
• Knowledge of Power BI SQL and R would be a plus
• Strong analytical organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and collaborate effectively across teams.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• High school diploma required; bachelors degree in a related field preferred
