Job Description

• Serve as lead engineer and/or project manager for bridge projects from planning through completion.
• Perform structural analysis design calculations bridge detailing and specification development.
• Develop bridge quantities and construction cost estimates.
• Review and check engineering calculations and design work for accuracy and quality.
• Coordinate project tasks assign work and provide technical guidance to engineering staff.
• Apply strong technical judgment to solve complex bridge and structural engineering challenges.
• Collaborate with clients contractors and internal teams to deliver successful projects.
• Support client development proposals and project pursuits.
• Help ensure projects meet technical schedule budget and client expectations.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering Structural Engineering or related field.
• 5 years of bridge or structural engineering experience.
• Strong bridge design and structural analysis experience.
• Experience leading engineering projects or serving in a technical leadership capacity.
• Strong communication and project management skills.
• MicroStation experience preferred.
• Masters degree preferred.
