Role description:

Role accountabilities:

• Lead and deliver bridge and structural projects (new design inspection repair rehabilitation) providing technical direction while overseeing plans calculations specifications and QA/QC compliance with DOT and AASHTO LRFD standards

• Apply deep expertise in bridge design and analysis utilizing advanced tools such as Bentley Open Bridge Designer MIDAS Civil AASHTO BrR MathCAD and CADD platforms (MicroStation OpenBridge Modeler Civil 3D) to develop high-quality engineering solutions.

• Manage multiple concurrent projects with full accountability for technical delivery schedule budget and risk ensuring efficient execution and high-performance outcomes.

• Lead and mentor multidisciplinary teams developing junior engineers and fostering a collaborative high-performing project environment.

• Perform and oversee bridge inspections and load ratings delivering accurate reports and actionable recommendations aligned with regulatory requirements.

• Partner with internal teams and external stakeholders to deliver innovative cost-effective solutions while effectively communicating complex technical concepts to diverse audiences.

• Support business development and growth initiatives including proposals scope/fee development and client engagement; represent the firm in client meetings industry organizations and conferences.

We offer nine paid holidays and 15 days PTO that accrue per salary range for this position is $105000 - $15000. Actual salaries will vary and are based on several factors such as experience education budget internal equity project and location.
