Senior Audit Manager

You will lead audit engagements and mentor associates delivering high-quality financial reporting and actionable recommendations to clients. You will work hybrid (3 days onsite) supporting clients and collaborating with the team across the Scottsdale/Chandler area.

• Lead and manage audit review and compilation engagements from planning through completion
• Apply GAAP and prepare financial statement presentations
• Research and analyze financial data and audit-related issues
• Build trusted client relationships and provide actionable recommendations
• Supervise train and mentor team members on audit processes
• Develop understanding of each clients business operations
• Support additional accounting services as needed

• 34 years of audit experience
• Bachelors degree in Accounting
• CPA or eligibility for CPA is a plus
• Strong organizational analytical and communication skills
• Professional dependable and team-oriented attitude
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
• Willingness to travel locally within the Phoenix metro area

$86-$95K/year
