Job Description:
- Develop and implement manufacturing build plans to meet customer contractual delivery schedules
- Utilize Materials Requirement Planning (MRP) system to input Master Schedule build plans track material availability status kit readiness release shop orders and maintain all shop order records and inventory integrity
- Update and maintain make items lead times within MRP system
- Manage floor stock of program components
- Work jointly with Manufacturing and Quality teams to execute build schedule and address any issues in a timely manner
- Work with Materials Planners to proactively manage the schedule and material dock dates to ensure accuracy of planning
- Provide hardware status updates and performance statistics to program team based on status of hardware through Manufacturing Execution System (MES)
Essential Functions:
- Knowledge and/or experience in scheduling or supply chain planningpreferred.
- Strong computer and analytical skills combined with the ability to manage large amounts of quantitative data
- Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office software;working knowledge of relational databases.
- Knowledge and/or experiencewith Materials Requirement Planning (MRP) or other enterprise planning and scheduling suite
- Ability to actively listen to customer and plant issues efficiently troubleshoot problems andimplement solutions in a timely and customer focused manner
- Demonstrated analytical verbal and written communicationskills
- Proficient organization conflict management and adaptable in a rapidly changing environment
Qualifications:
- To be eligible applicants must be pursuing a bachelors degree in supply chain Manufacturing Engineering Industrial Engineering or other related degree or have completed their bachelors degree within the last 12 months regardless of age.
- Active Secret Clearance

In compliance with pay transparency requirements the salary range for this role in New Jersey Washington is $74500 - $85000. This is not a guarantee of compensation or salary as final offer amount may vary based on factors including but not limited to experience and geographic location.
