What Youll Do

• Implement and optimize cloud accounting solutions and perform accounting readiness services

• Support client deliverables by providing accounting guidance and answering software-related questions escalating when appropriate.

• Accounting process design and optimization.

• Prepare documentation to ensure a smooth transition to recurring service teams.

• Communicate progress flag risks and roadblocks early and seek clarification to maintain project momentum.

• Deliver high-quality work on time while meeting client expectations and project budgets.

• Build strong relationships with clients and collaborate effectively across internal teams.

• Follow established processes while identifying opportunities to improve efficiency and client outcomes.

• Continue developing your accounting and technology expertise through ongoing learning certifications and knowledge sharing.

What Youll Bring

• Bachelors degree in Accounting or a related field preferred; equivalent experience considered.

• 3 years of accounting bookkeeping or related experience required; professional services experience is a plus.

• Strong communication skills with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all organizational levels.

• Commitment to delivering accurate high-quality work in a deadline-driven environment.

• Strong analytical organizational and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.

• Adaptability and a willingness to learn new technologies processes and best practices.

• Familiarity with project management practices preferred.

• Experience with cloud accounting platforms such as QuickBooks Online Sage Intacct NetSuite or Ramp required.

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office particularly Excel.
