TDA is looking for an Art Director with 5 years of agency experience. Youre a strategic thinker and collaborative creative who partners seamlessly with copywriters and cross-functional teams to develop smart compelling and beautiful campaigns. Your portfolio demonstrates strong design/art direction as well as conceptual thinking and the ability to bring integrated ideas to life across a variety of mediums. As an agency that began as a design shop we still believe packaging and design is the first line of communication with consumers and we continue to cherish those opportunities with our partners.
Responsibilities
Collaborate as well as work independently to develop and craft powerful creative concepts and executions of assigned projects across a variety of mediums including print social digital outdoor TV radio
Communicate effectively and work closely with all departments as a team player to ensure the creative needs of agency clients are met
Manage multiple assignments across multiple clients
Flexibility and willingness to adapt your ideas to fit client needs and strategy
Build compelling decks for client presentations and pitch work
Qualifications and Requirements
5 years of agency experience is a must
Excellent conceptual and design skills with a strong portfolio showcasing a variety of projects
Comfortable working under pressure and able to adapt to changing priorities and tight deadlines
Strong collaborator
Strong concept and strategy development skills
Manage multiple clients and deliverables simultaneously
Exceptional attention to detail
Handle all facets of production and post-production with minimal supervision
Expert in Adobe Creative Suite including InDesign Photoshop and Illustrator

Salary range: $ based on experience
This is a full-time position in our Boulder CO office. Our office is currently operating in a hybrid capacity with two in-office days per week. We are committed to finding top talent and will prioritize local candidates but we are open to considering remote applicants for the right fit.
