The Senior Analyst Process & Data Analytics is responsible for owning and enhancing planning reporting analytics and system-enabled processes that support global Integrated Business Planning (IBP). This role partners with Planning IT Master Data and business stakeholders to translate business needs into scalable dashboards reporting solutions actionable insights and planning system enhancements. The Senior Analyst ensures reporting and tools are accurate consistent well-documented and adopted by users while proactively identifying opportunities to improve data quality process efficiency and decision support across demand supply inventory and executive planning processes.
Primary Duties:
Partner with planners business stakeholders IT and Master Data teams to identify reporting requirements system enhancements and process improvement opportunities.
Works with Enterprise Semantic Models to build reports and dashboards to support data driven decision making.
Analyze large and complex datasets to identify trends risks opportunities and actionable business insights.
Serve as the business owner for planning reporting solutions and analytical tools ensuring ongoing maintenance enhancement and user adoption.
Lead user acceptance testing (UAT) validation and deployment activities for planning tool enhancements and process changes.
Drive data quality investigations and root cause analysis partnering with IT and Master Data teams to resolve issues impacting planning performance and reporting.
Develop and maintain reporting documentation definitions and training materials.
Escalate risks identified in reports and dashboards to appropriate leaders
Knowledge Skills and Abilities Required:
Bachelors degree with an MBA or advanced degree preferred but not a requirement
Experience in footwear/apparel industry preferred but not a requirement
Strong background in Planning Systems and transactional ERPs e.g. SAP
Knowledge and experience in Integrated Business Planning (IBP) MRP and ERP systems inventory control demand planning and advanced supply chain planning and analytics
Experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau required; experience with Python SQL or other data transformation tools preferred.

Specific tools
Proficient with Microsoft office - specifically Excel & PowerPoint. Fabric Planning and Copilot Premium preferred.
Experience with Power BI Tableau or similar reporting platforms
Familiarity with planning systems (O9 Blue Yonder or similar platforms) preferred and ERP systems
Experience with data analysis and transformation tools preferred
Systems proficiency is a must.
Working Conditions:
Rockford Michigan USA. Normal office environment. Up to 20% travel required.
