Position Summary

The Sr. Analyst FP&A supports financial planning forecasting and performance management revenue within CVS Healths Pharmacy Services business. Reporting to the Manager FP&A this role contributes to the development of annual budgets quarterly forecasts and monthly close deliverables with a focus on client-level and drug-level revenue analytics. The Sr. Analyst partners with Finance teammates and cross-functional groups to monitor revenue performance explain variances and deliver clear data-driven insights that inform business decisions.

REQUIRED SKILLS:

• 3 years of financial planning budgeting and forecasting skills ideally in a PBM managed care or health benefits environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Understanding of pharmacy revenue drivers including volume price client mix and utilization

• Proficiency in Excel and experience with large data sets; Tableau or similar visualization tool experience preferred

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to explain multi-driver variances clearly

• Effective written and verbal communication skills; ability to prepare executive-ready reporting

• Collaborative work style with ability to partner across Finance and cross-functional teams

Education

Bachelors Degree; equivalent years of related professional work experience may substitute ( 4 years)

This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience education geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
