About the role
Drawbridge builds process intelligence and agentic AI solutions. We are looking for a Senior AI/ML Engineer to join our San Francisco team.

What youll do

• Design and build AI/ML models for process intelligence
• Develop agentic AI systems
• Work with large datasets and LLMs
• Collaborate with product and engineering teams
• Deploy and monitor models in production
• Mentor junior engineers

What were looking for
Essential

• 5 years of AI/ML engineering experience
• Strong Python and ML frameworks (PyTorch TensorFlow)
• Experience with LLMs and agentic AI
• Must be in-office 5 days/week in San Francisco (hard requirement)
• Open to visa transfers (OPT H-1B transfer). No new sponsorship

Nice to have

• Experience in process intelligence or enterprise AI
• Published research or open-source contributions
