Job Summary
We are hiring a Senior Agile HR Business Partner to support our CAI organization. At Microsoft our mission is to empower every person and every organization on the planet to achieve more. In line with this we are seeking aHuman Resources Business Parter (HRBP) to joinour newpooledAgile HRBPteamthe strategic engine of agility within the CAI HR organization. This role willhave the opportunity to work on strategic initiativesfor one of Microsofts most transformative business groupshelping evolvehow we deliver HRpartnershipat scaleandwith speed consistency and innovation.
Strength in building trusted relationships with leaders and the ability to leverage those relationships to diagnose and coach leaders on team organization and their own effectiveness is essential for this in program and project management to ensure delivery of client-ready solutions - including initiatives geared at leadership effectiveness and manager capability and excellence is also critical for this position.

Responsibilities
Strategic Consulting:Combineinsightsstrong stakeholder relationshipsclear storytelling AI fluency andchange management to build alignment influence decisions and deliver sustainable organizational outcomesthat enable agility growth and innovation.
- Organizational Diagnostics:Partner and consult with peer HR disciplines (e.g. Talent Management Organization Development HRBI) on leveraging the systems model talent management processes/programs and interpreting results & data to build recommendations
Talent & Capability Development:Support initiatives that build future-ready capabilities including succession planning talent deployment and leadership development.
Data-Driven Insights:Usedata diagnostics and crossbusiness insight to inform strategy measure impact and deliver equitable scalable(where applicable)HR solutions that continuously improve how we work
AI-Enabled HR:Leverage AI tools and insights to enhance decision-making streamline processes and deliver repeatable solutions
Project Management:Partner with peers in the Agile HRBP teambusiness alignedHRBPs CoEsand business leaders to identify key strategic prioritiesand create long term sustainable solutions. Leadprojects from inception to successful implementation
Technical Solutions:Leverageanunderstanding of technicalsolutionsand productivity tools to develop and enhance innovative solutions that drive efficiencyin ways of working.

Qualifications
Required/Minimum Qualifications
Masters Degree in Business Human Resources or related field AND 4 years experience in human resources or related processes (e.g. hiring training performance management)
OR Bachelors Degree in Business Human Resources or related field AND 7 years experience in experience in human resources or related processes (e.g. hiring performance management)
OR equivalent experience.
Additional or preferred qualifications
- Masters Degree in Business Human Resources or related field AND 8 years experience in human resources or related processes (e.g. hiring training performance management)
- OR Bachelors Degree in Business Human Resources or related field AND 12 years experience in human resources or related processes (e.g. hiring performance management)
- OR equivalent experience.
- Human Resources Professional Certification (e.g. PHR SPHR SHRM CIPD).
- 4 years experience with partnering with wide network of clients and across human resources to deliver effective business solutions.
Experience withlarge scalechange management
HR Business Partnership IC5 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $106400 - $203600 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $137600 - $222600 per year.
