Job Summary
The Acquisitions Analyst III is responsible for conducting thorough research and analysis to identify potential acquisition targets and evaluate their financial performance and strategic fit. Works independently as a specialist on complex technical and business matters.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Essential Duties and responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
Conducts comprehensive research and analysis to identify potential acquisition targets in line with the organizations growth strategy.
Evaluates financial statements market trends and industry data to assess the financial performance and strategic fit of potential targets.
Performs due diligence on potential acquisitions including analyzing financial statements conducting market research and assessing risks and opportunities.
Prepares detailed financial models and valuation analyses to determine the potential value and return on investment of potential acquisitions.
Collaborates with cross-functional teams including finance legal and operations to gather necessary information and ensure smooth execution of the acquisition process.
Prepares and presents reports presentations and recommendations to senior management and stakeholders.
Monitors and tracks industry trends competitor activities and market conditions to identify potential acquisition opportunities.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
Bachelors degree and a minimum of four to seven (4-7) years relevant experience or equivalent combination of education/experience.

The estimated pay range for this role is $100000 to $125000 with the final offer contingent on location skillset and experience.
