We are hiring a Senior Accountant to join our centralized team in the Denver Tech Center CO who will be responsible for:

• Performs and monitors high-priority initiatives across the accounting department including rotational assignments.
• Works independently and exhibits technical expertise and business knowledge.
• Ensuring accuracy of corporate financial records which includes preparing and reviewing financial reports journal entries variance analysis and rollforwards.
• Acts as a subject matter expert for specialized accounting areas/systems including training and trouble shooting in area of expertise.
• Acts as Team Leader including mentoring new hires leading projects and resolving issues. Participates in special projects that impact policies and procedures.
• Complies with internal controls.
• Collaborates among departments to share accounting data improve efficiencies and implement process improvements.

Qualifications :

• Experience recording monthly journal entries accruals reclasses etc.
• Experience conducting variance analysis.
• Experience conducting actual to budget/forecast analysis.
• Experience with monthly quarterly balance sheet reconciliations.
• Experience conducting actual to budget/forecast analysis
• Bachelors degree in Accounting preferred. 
• 2-4 years of relevant experience.
• Proficient financial system skills with an emphasis on Excel SmartView
• Workday Financials experience a plus.
• Superb attention to detail.
• Nimble problem solver who enjoys complex challenges.
• Demonstrates quality customer service teamwork and cultural fit.

• Expected base salary of $90000- $110000. You will be provided a pay rate that is in line with your skills and experience as they relate to the requirements of the job.
