Senior Accountant

About the Role

Premier Global Links LLC is seeking a Senior Accountant for a full-time on-site opportunity with a growing technology company in the South Bay Area CA.

The Senior Accountant will serve as a key accounting resource supporting U.S. and international operations. This hands-on role will manage full-cycle accounting accounts payable accounts receivable payroll general ledger reconciliations and financial reporting while partnering closely with the Controller.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day full-cycle accounting activities for U.S. and international operations.
• Lead monthly and year-end financial close processes.
• Prepare account reconciliations journal entries and financial statements.
• Manage accounts payable accounts receivable payroll and general ledger activities.
• Maintain accurate audit-ready accounting records and supporting documentation.
• Apply U.S. GAAP and ASC 606 requirements to accounting and financial reporting.
• Partner with the Controller to improve accounting processes and reporting accuracy.
• Support audits tax-related activities and financial reporting requirements.
• Assist with intercompany accounting and multi-entity consolidations as needed.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Accounting or a related field.
• 58 years of hands-on accounting experience.
• At least 23 years of full-cycle accounting experience including close reconciliations and financial statement preparation.
• Active CPA license.
• Strong working knowledge of U.S. GAAP and ASC 606.
• Proficiency with QuickBooks Online.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills including pivot tables VLOOKUP and reconciliation tools.
• Strong attention to detail organization and problem-solving skills.
• Experience working in a fast-paced or high-growth company.

• Experience with intercompany accounting and multi-entity consolidations.
• Experience supporting U.S. and international accounting operations.
• Strong ability to manage multiple priorities and meet close deadlines.
• Experience improving accounting processes and internal controls.

Compensation & Benefits

• Salary: $120000$200000 per year
• Full-time on-site position in the South Bay Area CA.
