Job Summary
Schedule: 100% Onsite Monday-Friday
Pay Rate: $50-$55/hour
About the Role:
We are seeking a Senior Accountant to support warehousing and fulfillment operations. This role will be responsible for general ledger accounting journal entries account reconciliations month-end close activities cost analysis and financial reporting. The position will also provide guidance to one accounting team member and work closely with operations and finance teams.
What Were Looking For:
- 3 years of accounting or general ledger experience
- Strong month-end close and account reconciliation skills
- Experience working with ERP systems (SAP Oracle NetSuite etc.)
- Advanced Excel skills
- Ability to analyze financial data and resolve accounting issues
- Prior experience mentoring or leading junior staff is a plus
- Experience supporting warehousing logistics distribution or operational accounting environments preferred
