As we continue to scale our multi-entity portfolio we are seeking a Senior Accountant to support accurate financial reporting enhance accounting processes and ensure the integrity of financial data across the organization.

This role is essential in supporting month-end close reconciliations audits and financial analysis. You will partner closely with corporate finance resort operations and cross-functional teams to deliver timely and reliable financial insights that help drive operational and strategic decisions.

Your Impact

• Support month-end and year-end close processes including journal entries accruals reconciliations and financial reviews
• Prepare and analyze financial statements variance reports and supporting schedules
• Maintain accurate general ledger accounts and ensure compliance with GAAP
• Assist with internal and external audits by preparing documentation and resolving inquiries
• Partner with operations and cross-functional teams to improve financial workflows and strengthen internal controls
• Support the integration of new resorts or acquisitions into accounting systems and processes
• Contribute to process improvement initiatives that enhance accuracy efficiency and transparency in financial reporting

What You Bring

• Bachelors degree in Accounting Finance or a related field
• 4 or more years of progressive accounting experience preferably within hospitality real estate or multi-entity environments
• Strong understanding of GAAP and accounting best practices
• Experience with accounting systems and general ledger management
• Advanced Excel skills with the ability to analyze and interpret financial data
• Strong attention to detail organization and problem-solving abilities
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional partners
• CPA or CPA eligibility is a plus
