What Youll Do

• Manage accounts payable and receivable including vendor invoices payment runs customer billing and cash receipts.
• Perform three-way invoice matching and resolve vendor and customer account discrepancies.
• Maintain the general ledger prepare journal entries and ensure accurate transaction coding.
• Complete bank and balance sheet reconciliations.
• Support month-end and year-end close including accruals and prepaid expense amortization.
• Maintain accounting schedules and supporting documentation.
• Partner with the CFO to improve workflows document procedures and strengthen accounting controls.
• Assist with audit preparation and future cost accounting initiatives.

What You Bring

• Bachelors degree in Accounting Finance or a related field.
• Hands-on experience with accounts payable accounts receivable and general ledger accounting.
• Experience with account reconciliations and month-end close.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and ERP/accounting systems.
• Strong attention to detail problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
• Five or more years of accounting experience preferred.
• Manufacturing and accrual accounting experience preferred.
