We are partnering with a growing organization seeking a seasoned accounting professional to support critical financial operations and reporting activities. • Prepare and review month-end and year-end close activities
• Perform account reconciliations including general ledger bank and balance sheet accounts
• Analyze financial results and investigate variances
• Assist with financial statement preparation and reporting
• Support audits and coordinate requests from external auditors
• Ensure compliance with accounting policies and internal controls
• Partner with finance and operational leaders to improve accounting processes
• Assist with special projects system implementations and process improvements

• Bachelors degree in Accounting or Finance
• 5 years of progressive accounting experience
• Strong understanding of GAAP and financial reporting
• Experience managing complex reconciliations and close activities
• Advanced Excel skills
• CPA CPA-track or public accounting experience highly preferred

• Corporate accounting within mid-sized or large organizations
• Private equity-backed multi-entity or rapidly growing businesses
• ERP systems such as NetSuite Sage Intacct SAP Oracle or Microsoft Dynamics
• Exposure to acquisitions integrations process improvements or system implementations

They are comfortable working independently solving problems and contributing immediately in environments where accuracy accountability and adaptability are highly valued.
