Semiconductor Fabrication Operator

• Contract Duration: 6 months
• Pay Rate: $22.50 / Hour (USD)
• Shift / Schedule: Monday Friday 10:00 AM 6:30 PM (Split Shift)

Performs wafer fabrication functions in the production of semiconductor devices. Operates equipment in performing alignment masking etc. and senior and highly skilled levels performs equipment set-up and calibration and may perform routine preventative maintenance tasks.

• Process 200mm wafer through Lithography Deposition and Etch processes
• Familiarity with operation of metrology equipment requiring analysis of data
• Maintain detailed records such as SPC charts & data entry for Products and Equipment
• Ability to work in an ISO Class 4 cleanroom and familiar with 5S principles
• Understand clean room protocol and familiarity with handling chemicals
• Schedule and coordinate WIP for efficient movement of Production and Engineering priorities
• Follow instructions on paper and digital Travelers
• Inspect and disposition nonconforming product

• Typically requires a minimum of 12 years of related experience
• Must be able to communicate clearly and able to read and write using the English language

• Ability to lift up to 30 pounds
• Can stand for 35 hours or sit for 48 hours per shift
• Steady hands required
• Work performed in an ISO Class 4 cleanroom environment
