YOU WILL BE:

• Existing 1 million dollars Fifth Avenue Consultant that can no longer maintain a full-time schedule.
• Hold a client book that can maintain a minimum of one-in-person appointment per month
• Able to facilitate appointments and maintain business independently
• Knowledgeable of store layout current merchandise assortment and able to direct Customers to the appropriate area
• You maximize every appointment with a client to address their fashion needs and those of the clients network
• You inform clients of in-store events to enhance their experience of Saks and increase engagement
• You diagnose client spending and identify opportunities to increase engagement and wallet share
• You model all Saks Fifth Avenue Service Principles to both the internal and external customer
• You focus all efforts on providing an exceptional experience to drive loyalty
• You educate clients on store services to ensure they are able to enjoy all Saks has to offer
• You exceed the customers expectations in addressing their needs and always put the customer first when resolving issues
• You build your personal brand as a fashion authority through proactive marketing and outreach
• You use multiple channels of technology to strengthen existing relationships and drive new client acquisition
• You use clienteling tools to stay connected with the client and make targeted recommends based on shopping history and preferences
• You use technology to deliver 24/7 service
• You take initiative to stay informed on new merchandise deliveries in the store to maximize selling potential

You Also Have:

• Established highly productive Style Advisor with base of high-value clients interested in shopping by appointment. This individual has demonstrated consistent sales performance with results in achieving and exceeding established sales goals.
• Effective interpersonal verbal and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively using available technology such as electronic register and clientele systems computers social media etc.
• Demonstrates commitment and follow-through attention to detail initiative and exemplary customer service.
• Ability to work well in a fast-paced team-oriented environment that requires a high degree of multi-tasking with minimal supervision.

• Conduct client appointments at the Fifth Avenue Club exclusively
• Provide in service appointments a minimum of once a month
• Not exceeding an average of 20 hours weekly
• Maintain an active volume of $500000 or more yearly
• Maintain a monthly touch base with Club manager to evaluate goals learn new products and assess performance
• Stay up to date on store layout current merchandise assortment and able to direct Customers to the appropriate area
• Ad hoc responsibilities as needed

• Be able to quickly assess customer needs in terms of: special occasion vendors/product of interest and how much time customer has etc.
• Thoroughly knowledgeable on all in-store services and proactively offers the appropriate service to a customer to further personalize and enhance their shopping experience

• Demonstrate a high level of energy and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
• Be able to understand a customers concerns and quickly determine solutions with limited supervision

• Motivated with an ability to set and achieve sales goal
• Experienced with technology and has experience selling to clients using digital tools
• Styling fashion and fashion retail experience
• Commission sales experience
• High School Diploma / equivalency required
• A flexible work schedule
