Are you an educator who enjoys helping students overcome learning challenges and celebrate their progress Clarifi Staffing Solutions is partnering with a Washington school district to bring a skilled Elementary Special Education Teacher onto its team for the school year.
This full-time opportunity is designed for a teacher who values individualized learning and collaborative support. Youll provide specialized instruction across resource and inclusive settings tailoring lessons and interventions to students academic behavioral and developmental needs.
Working alongside general education teachers related service professionals and families youll help coordinate services strengthen student engagement and create learning experiences that encourage confidence independence and measurable growth.
The Special Education Teacher will provide individualized and small-group instruction aligned with IEP goals and state standards while adapting curriculum assignments and assessments to meet diverse learning needs. Responsibilities include developing and maintaining compliant IEPs monitoring student progress to guide instruction communicating with families about growth and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to support inclusive practices and positive behavior strategies.
Requirements
Applicants should have a bachelors or masters degree in Special Education or a related field and hold or qualify for a Washington State teaching certificate with the appropriate Special Education endorsement. Strong classroom leadership instructional planning communication and collaboration skills are expected. Experience working in resource inclusive or self-contained settings is preferred.
