Overnight Supervisor - Healthcare Environment

Location: New Milford CT
Pay Rate: $20.35/hour
Schedule: Full-Time Overnight Shift

• Friday through Tuesday
• 10:30 PM - 6:30 AM

Position Overview

Securitas is seeking an Overnight Supervisor to oversee security operations within a healthcare environment in New Milford CT. This position is responsible for leading overnight security staff and helping maintain a safe and secure environment for patients visitors employees and facility property.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and support security officers during the overnight shift
• Ensure compliance with post orders site procedures and company policies
• Conduct routine patrols and facility inspections
• Respond to incidents emergencies alarms and security concerns
• Prepare and maintain accurate reports logs and documentation
• Serve as the primary point of contact for site leadership and Securitas management during assigned hours
• Assist with officer training coaching and development

Qualifications

• Previous security experience required
• Prior supervisory or leadership experience required (security or related field)
• Healthcare security experience preferred
• High school diploma or GED required
• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Ability to pass required background screening and drug testing
• Strong communication problem-solving and leadership skills
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods and respond effectively during emergencies
• Reliable transportation to and from the worksite
