Job Summary:
- Security project lifecycle management (specifications drawings code compliance vendor management budget change orders closeout documentation)
- Current staffing models allow BB SPMs to manage three new construction projects (925 management hours per project) simultaneously.
- Client is accelerating build plans for all locations 215 new data center builds across ATL PHL PNE RNO PHX SBN SHV IAH STL and JAN regions.
- Mirroring those of a standard SPM covering design through equipment installation and vendor management.
- Physical security system (Access control system Video surveillance system Intrusion detection system...)
- Project management
- Vendor management
- Physical Security systems (for example - CCTV Access control)
- PMP certification
- Data center experience environment experience
- Security systems installation experience
