Security Operator Night Shift

Schweitzer Engineering Laboratories (SEL)is looking for someone to join ourPhysical Securityteam asa Security OperatorinPullman the trusted first line of support when it matters most. As a Security Operator youll combine customer service problem-solving and security awareness to help keep SEL safe and secure. This is a night shift position. Must be available to work Thursday Friday Saturday and every other Wednesday from 6:00pm-6:00am.

A typical day asa Security Operatormight include:

• Provide exceptional customer service while observing SEL security policies and culture.

• Create and maintain security documentation as required and perform compliance audits.

• Monitor alarms assess the security implication of incidents and respond appropriately.

This job might be for you if:

• Related associate degree or equivalent experience

• Skills in oral and written communication to prepare reports programs and other materials

• Ability to learn new skills and assume new responsibilities

• Ability to work cooperatively in a team environment

Pay Range Data -$25.28 - $37.36 per hour

We set starting pay based on job-related factors such as your experience training knowledge and skills. We are looking to fill this position at theSecurity Operatorlevel and we welcome applicants with a range of experience. Depending on your background we may consider you for a different level with compensation aligned accordingly.
