Securitas is looking to hire for
Security Operations Center (SOC) Officer
SHIFT :
Sunday to Thursday
11:00pm to 7:00am
Pay Rate:
$19.00 an hour.
Core requirements:
- 12 years in SOC security operations dispatch law enforcement military or a similar monitoring environment
- High school diploma/GED; associate degree in Criminal Justice Security Emergency Management etc. is a plus
- Experience with CCTV/VMS access control alarms radios intercoms and security software
- Strong written documentation and report-writing
- Excellent verbal communication and professional demeanor
- Ability to prioritize multitask and make sound decisions under pressure
- Comfortable working nights weekends holidays and rotating 24/7 shifts
- Strong computer skills particularly Microsoft Office
- Ability to follow SOPs escalation procedures and confidentiality requirements.
MINIMUM HIRING STANDARDS:
Must be at least 18 years of age.
Must have a reliable means of communication (i.e. pager or phone).
Must have a reliable means of transportation Drivers License with a clean record.
Must have the legal right to work in the United States.
Must have the ability to speak read and write English.
Must have a High School Diploma or GED.
