As a Security Officer Unarmed Patrolin Chino Hills CA you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Retail/Malls and more. As a Security Officer at a dynamic entertainment and retail location you will conduct routine unarmed patrols maintain a visible presence to help deter incidents and provide welcoming customer service. This driving post requires a valid Class B drivers license with passenger endorsement in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy. Job Schedule:

What Youll Do:

• Provide customer service to guests tenants vendors and staff by carrying out security-related procedures site-specific policies and when appropriate emergency response activities at a retail and entertainment location.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed foot and/or vehicle patrols of common areas entrances parking areas and the surrounding perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify potential concerns.
• Respond to incidents disturbances guest concerns and critical situations in a calm professional problem-solving manner; notify appropriate personnel and/or emergency responders as needed.
• Monitor access points observe activity throughout the location and report suspicious behavior hazards maintenance concerns and policy violations according to site procedures.
• Prepare accurate reports and maintain clear communication with site management Allied Universal leadership and local law enforcement and/or emergency services when required.

Minimum Requirements:

• A valid drivers license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal state and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid drivers license will be required for driving positions only.
