As a Security Officer Full Time Unarmed Patrol Alarm Response in Las Vegas NV you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Government and more. As an Unarmed Patrol Officer supporting a government location you will conduct routine patrols maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents and provide professional customer service to visitors and staff. You will communicate clearly respond to concerns and support a welcoming environment while representing Allied Universals values of agility reliability teamwork innovation care and integrity.

Pay Rate: $16.48 / Hour

Job Schedule:

What Youll Do:

• Provide customer service to visitors employees and members of the public at a government location by carrying out site-specific procedures access-control requirements and emergency response activities as appropriate.
• Respond to incidents disturbances and critical situations in a calm professional problem-solving manner; notify appropriate personnel and document activities according to site procedures.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of government buildings grounds parking areas and perimeter areas to help identify and report unusual activity hazards and policy violations.
• Monitor entrances exits and restricted areas; verify authorized access and assist with visitor direction sign-in processes and compliance with site requirements.
• Prepare accurate reports of incidents observations and security-related activities while maintaining a professional presence and respectful interactions with the public.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal state and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid drivers license will be required for driving positions only.
