Job Schedule:

What Youll Do:

• Provide customer service to tenants shoppers visitors and/or retail staff by carrying out site-specific procedures access-control practices and emergency response activities when appropriate.
• Conduct regular and random foot and/or vehicle patrols of retail common areas storefronts parking areas loading zones and perimeter locations to help identify and report suspicious activity hazards or policy concerns.
• Respond to incidents disturbances customer concerns and critical situations in a calm professional problem-solving manner contacting appropriate personnel and/or emergency services as needed.
• Maintain awareness of activity throughout the retail location help deter unauthorized access and disruptive behavior and document observations incidents and actions taken in required reports.
• Support a welcoming environment by providing directions assisting with lost-and-found inquiries and communicating professionally with property management tenants and public-service partners.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal state and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid drivers license will be required for driving positions only.
