As a Security Officer Reception Security in Glendale CA you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Commercial Real Estate and more. As a Front Desk Officer at a commercial real estate location you will serve as a welcoming professional presence while supporting access control visitor management and security-related communications. You will help maintain an orderly environment respond to alarms or inquiries and deliver exceptional customer service. Pay Rate: $22.75 / Hour

Job Schedule:

What Youll Do:

• Provide exceptional customer service to tenants visitors vendors and employees at a commercial real estate location while carrying out site-specific security-related procedures and policies.
• Staff the front desk greet and direct visitors verify identification and access authorization and maintain visitor logs in accordance with established procedures.
• Monitor lobby activity access points and security-related systems reporting unusual activity maintenance concerns and policy violations to appropriate personnel.
• Respond to incidents alarms and critical situations in a calm professional problem-solving manner following emergency response procedures as appropriate.
• Assist with communications including answering phones providing directions receiving deliveries and coordinating with building management and/or emergency responders.

Minimum Requirements:

• Experience with access control and badge systems is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Experience with alarm panels is preferred.
• Possession of a guard card or license is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal state and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid drivers license will be required for driving positions only.
