As a Security Officer Full Time Property Patrol in Irving TX you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Tech/Media/Telecom and more. As an Unarmed Patrol Officer supporting a dynamic technology media and telecommunications location you will conduct routine patrols monitor access points maintain a visible presence to help deter incidents and assist visitors and employees with professionalism. You will communicate clearly respond to security-related concerns and contribute to a welcoming environment. Pay Rate: $21.00 / Hour

Job Schedule:

What Youll Do:

• Provide customer service to employees visitors and contractors at a telecommunications and technology location while carrying out site-specific security-related procedures policies and emergency response activities.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of the facility offices common areas parking areas and perimeter to help identify and report unusual conditions or activity.
• Monitor access points and visitor activity in accordance with site requirements providing directions and assistance as needed.
• Respond to incidents alarms and critical situations in a calm problem-solving manner; notify appropriate personnel and document actions taken.
• Complete required activity logs incident reports and daily reports communicating relevant information to the Allied Universal leadership team and client contacts.

Minimum Requirements:

• Have at least six months of security-related experience.
• CPR certification is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• CPR/First Aid certification is preferred.
• Access control/badge experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal state and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid drivers license will be required for driving positions only.
