As a Security Officer Patrol Operations in Titusville FL you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Aero/Defense and more. As an Unarmed Patrol Officer supporting an aerospace and defense location you will monitor and patrol assigned areas maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents support access control activities and deliver exceptional customer service. Job Schedule:

What Youll Do:

• Provide customer service to personnel visitors and contractors by carrying out security-related procedures site-specific policies and emergency response activities as appropriate within an aerospace and defense environment.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of facilities access points parking areas and perimeter locations to help identify and report unusual activity hazardous conditions and policy concerns.
• Monitor access to designated areas verify credentials as required and support visitor and contractor entry procedures in accordance with site requirements.
• Respond to incidents alarms and critical situations in a calm problem-solving manner notifying appropriate personnel and documenting actions taken.
• Prepare clear accurate reports and maintain required logs for patrol activity incidents access-related observations and shift handoffs.

Minimum Requirements:

• A minimum of 6 months of security-related experience is required.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Comfortability using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• CPR certification is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal state and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid drivers license will be required for driving positions only.
