As a Security Officer Patrol Customer Service in Corpus Christi TX you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Education and more. As an Unarmed Security Officer at an educational location you will monitor and patrol assigned areas maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents and support a welcoming environment for students staff and visitors. You will provide exceptional customer service communicate clearly and respond professionally to concerns. Job Schedule:

What Youll Do:

• Provide customer service to students faculty staff visitors and/or vendors by carrying out site-specific procedures and security-related policies at an educational location.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of campus buildings grounds parking areas and perimeter areas to help identify and report unusual activity maintenance concerns and potential hazards.
• Respond to incidents alarms and critical situations in a calm professional problem-solving manner following established emergency response procedures.
• Control access to designated areas verify authorized entry as directed and maintain awareness of activity throughout assigned patrol areas.
• Document daily activities incidents and observations accurately and communicate relevant information to campus contacts and Allied Universal leadership.

Minimum Requirements:

• Customer service experience is preferred.
• A state county or city-issued security license is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal state and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid drivers license will be required for driving positions only.
