Pay Rate: $18.00 / Hour

Job Schedule:

What Youll Do:

• Provide customer service to visitors drivers employees and/or contractors at the front desk of a logistics and distribution location while following site-specific procedures.
• Monitor access to the facility by verifying credentials maintaining visitor and driver logs issuing badges as directed and communicating entry requirements.
• Receive and route calls deliveries and inquiries in a professional manner while maintaining accurate records and supporting front-desk operations.
• Respond to incidents alarms and critical situations in a calm problem-solving manner; promptly notify appropriate site contacts and/or emergency responders.
• Observe activity at the entrance and adjacent areas report suspicious or unusual conditions and help to deter unauthorized access through a professional presence.

Minimum Requirements:

• Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• CPR certification is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal state and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid drivers license will be required for driving positions only.
