Position Type: Part Time

Pay Rate: $18.52 / Hour

1. Comfortable Using Computer or Tablet

   • Applicants should be proficient in using a computer or tablet (B204). Familiarity with basic software applications and the ability to navigate digital platforms is essential for job performance.

2. Customer Service Experience

   1. A minimum of one year of customer service experience (B219) is required. Candidates should demonstrate strong communication skills and the ability to interact positively with clients and customers.
3. Access Control/Badge Experience (B201)
   Candidates should have prior experience with access control systems and badge management. This includes familiarity with issuing tracking and managing access badges for employees and visitors.

Job Schedule:

What Youll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients employees visitors and/or delivery personnel by carrying out site-specific security-related procedures policies and emergency response activities at a food and beverage manufacturing location.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of interior and exterior areas including production-adjacent spaces receiving areas parking lots and perimeter locations to help identify and report unusual conditions.
• Monitor access points and visitor activity in accordance with site requirements documenting arrivals departures and/or incidents as required.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm problem-solving manner notifying appropriate site contacts and emergency responders when needed.
• Complete accurate activity logs incident reports and other required documentation while maintaining a professional presence.

Minimum Requirements:

• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal state and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid drivers license will be required for driving positions only.
